What you will do

• Lead design and evolution of scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure using modern DevOps practices and AI-assisted tooling.
• Build and enhance platform capabilities including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and developer tooling for faster product development.
• Drive reliability, performance, and cost efficiency via observability, automation, and intelligent alerting.
• Establish infrastructure best practices with AI-driven workflows for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Partner cross-functionally, mentor engineers, lead incident response, and drive continuous improvement for system resilience.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and distributed systems design.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building observability systems, improving reliability at scale, using AI-driven tools for automation and monitoring.
• Proven track record leading complex infrastructure initiatives with hands-on ownership mindset.
