What you will do

• Own Kubernetes platform operations including cluster health, deployments, scaling, and incident response.
• Design and implement infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Lead migrations of on-premises workloads to cloud-native One hirify.global platform services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI and GitHub Actions for infrastructure and applications.
• Drive observability enhancements across Datadog, Splunk, ELK including dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLA.
• Support security, compliance, patch management, and contribute to runbooks and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks and collaborate with other platform teams.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Kubernetes experience (operations, Helm, troubleshooting).
• Proficiency with Ansible/Terraform in production and Linux admin (Ubuntu).
• GitOps workflows and CI/CD at scale; VMware vSphere experience.
• Self-directed project delivery in evolving environments; strong communication.
