What you will do

  • Redesign global training programs using AI personas, simulations, and adaptive pathways.
  • Transition learning models from instructor-led to self-taught leveraging the latest technology.
  • Lead new-hire training, ongoing capability development, and global product launch readiness.
  • Introduce AI-driven assessment models to evaluate decision-making and empathy.
  • Partner with Global QA, Operations, and Technology to close skill gaps and optimize learning platforms.
  • Ensure training is globally scalable and tailored for local market nuances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, training, or capability-building.
  • Proven success in modernizing training into interactive, AI-enhanced, and self-directed experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, personalization, and learning analytics.
  • Experience scaling learning programs across global teams, including localization and accessibility.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, USA
