What you will do

  • Program manage annual and quarterly talent cycles, including feedback cycles and calibration sessions.
  • Design and deliver interactive enablement and learning resources for managers and leaders.
  • Partner with HRBPs and People Operations to ensure consistent application of talent processes across the business.
  • Embed competency and leveled expectation models into hiring, promotion, and performance management.
  • Create practical tools, playbooks, and materials to support leader coaching and promotion decisions.
  • Drive change management through clear communication and iterative feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Must be based in one of the specified US office locations.
  • Proven experience owning the design and delivery of performance management and talent review processes.
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to align leaders and drive execution.
  • Expertise in creating scalable talent infrastructure rather than standalone programs.
