What you will do

• Lead and scale the Implementation team, driving productivity through process mapping and performance tracking.
• Act as a player-coach, managing strategic customer engagements while coaching Implementation Managers.
• Onboard medical equipment suppliers and drive the growth of digital ordering across the marketplace.
• Implement AI intake and ordering platforms and monitor activation success metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to launch new features.
• Develop standard playbooks, technical assessments, and templated roadmaps for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation within healthcare or healthtech.
• Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing teams.
• Experience with SaaS product configuration, technical integration, or administration.
• Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Proficiency with Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA.
