What you will do
- Lead and scale the Implementation team, driving productivity through process mapping and performance tracking.
- Act as a player-coach, managing strategic customer engagements while coaching Implementation Managers.
- Onboard medical equipment suppliers and drive the growth of digital ordering across the marketplace.
- Implement AI intake and ordering platforms and monitor activation success metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to launch new features.
- Develop standard playbooks, technical assessments, and templated roadmaps for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation within healthcare or healthtech.
- Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing teams.
- Experience with SaaS product configuration, technical integration, or administration.
- Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Proficiency with Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA.
