What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key client decision-makers to align PBM solutions with their healthcare goals.
• Oversee the client account management team with a focus on retention, member satisfaction, and trend management.
• Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify clinical trends and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Manage and execute client contractual requirements, including the execution of contract renewals.
• Communicate complex drug information and explain formulary and clinical programs to clients.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure seamless client delivery and support member issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy, health plans, managed care, or PBM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with experience analyzing large raw datasets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to small and large groups.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must be based in the United States.
