TL;DR

Account Manager (Healthcare): Managing a portfolio of HME providers to ensure software satisfaction and long-term retention with an accent on client relationship building and churn reduction. Focus on conducting onsite business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with product teams to enhance the customer experience.

Location: Remote (US). Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided. 40% travel is required for onsite business reviews.

Salary: $85,000 - $145,000 + Commission

hirify.global is a digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies, replacing outdated paper and fax processes in post-acute care.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of suppliers to foster trust and a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct at least 4 onsite business reviews per quarter to ensure clients derive maximum value.
  • Monitor usage data and proactively resolve issues to ensure customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products in collaboration with internal sales teams.
  • Train and support customer SSRs on clinician activation activities.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to share client feedback and improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in account management or customer success within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and other customer success tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for onsite client visits.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry.
  • Experience with SaaS business models and related technologies.
