Salary: $105,000–$145,000 + Commission

What you will do
- Own executive and operational relationships across HME leadership, intake, billing, and operations.
- Lead QBRs, success planning, and performance reviews to drive order volume and fulfillment rates.
- Analyze platform data to identify leakage, inefficiencies, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Problem-solve integration issues between Parachute, HME ERPs (e.g., Brightree), and EHRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Expand platform adoption across HME workflows and support new facility launches and migrations.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Required experience working with health systems and/or HME providers.
- Familiarity with HME ERP systems such as Brightree or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
