What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to support high-tier pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts.
• Develop client-ready insights, including monthly data analyses and performance readouts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Ad Ops, Product Management, and Strategy to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the regulatory review submission process and build relationships with clients and agency partners.
• Facilitate program implementation by managing internal timelines and tracking deliverables.
• Create visual program examples using the enterprise CMS platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in client management or working with Pharma manufacturers.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize data into clear, client-ready insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and project management platforms.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI.
• Must be based in the USA.
