What you will do

• Develop and execute a successful territory strategy for the German startup market.
• Implement prospecting campaigns to discover new opportunities in partnership with BDRs.
• Guide customers through their first decisions and early successes using the hirify.global Platform.
• Drive revenue growth within a consumption-based sales model.
• Collaborate with system integrators, ISVs, and cloud partners to build customer AI strategies.
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales.
• Proven track record in prospecting and new logo acquisition.
• Experience selling complex software and services within the German market.
• Understanding of and passion for data, AI, open source, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with consumption-based pricing models.
• Fluency in English and German.
