Location: Remote, but must be based in a major metro area and able to attend 3-5 business events per week.
Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Generate leads by actively participating in local founder meetups and business community events.
- Demonstrate and sell AI-powered products including Team Brains, Agents, and AI transformation services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB owners and executives in your metro area.
- Develop your own sales pipeline rather than relying on cold-calling lists.
- Work autonomously to hit revenue targets while shaping the early sales motion.
Requirements
- Must be based in a major metro area and able to travel to events 3-5 evenings per week.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Active user of AI tools with experience building agentic workflows.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex deals.
- Self-directed and comfortable working without daily management.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Background in an early-stage company or self-starting roles.
