Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - requires presence in office 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Build and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Act as the category captain for Floorcare, Kitchen, and Beauty categories on the Allegro platform.
  • Plan and execute commercial activities and promotions to drive strong sell-out performance.
  • Manage promotional investments (SOA) to deliver growth while protecting margins.
  • Negotiate win-win commercial agreements with retail partners.
  • Analyze market trends, sales performance, and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Proven Key Account Management experience specifically with Allegro.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in Warsaw to support the hybrid work model.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to visit customers.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Experience working directly with key retail specialists or food chains.
