What you will do
- Build and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Act as the category captain for Floorcare, Kitchen, and Beauty categories on the Allegro platform.
- Plan and execute commercial activities and promotions to drive strong sell-out performance.
- Manage promotional investments (SOA) to deliver growth while protecting margins.
- Negotiate win-win commercial agreements with retail partners.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience.
- Proven Key Account Management experience specifically with Allegro.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in Warsaw to support the hybrid work model.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to visit customers.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Experience working directly with key retail specialists or food chains.
