TL;DR

Sales Representative (SaaS): Managing trial users and upgrading them to paid plans for an e-commerce solution with an accent on cross-selling and customer relationship management. Focus on converting trial users into long-term customers and optimizing the sales pipeline via Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Must be based in or be able to relocate to Poland.

Salary: PLN 9,250 base gross per month + performance bonus starting from PLN 2,100 gross per month.

What you will do

  • Advise and support customers throughout their trial period to ensure value realization.
  • Upgrade customers from free trials to paid subscription plans.
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Provide support and represent the company at official events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and French (written and spoken).
  • Advanced English proficiency for working in an English-speaking environment.
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong motivation for active and consistent client communication.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach.
  • Previous experience working with SaaS products.
