TL;DR
Sales Representative (SaaS): Managing trial users and upgrading them to paid plans for an e-commerce solution with an accent on cross-selling and customer relationship management. Focus on converting trial users into long-term customers and optimizing the sales pipeline via Salesforce.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Must be based in or be able to relocate to Poland.
Salary: PLN 9,250 base gross per month + performance bonus starting from PLN 2,100 gross per month.

What you will do
- Advise and support customers throughout their trial period to ensure value realization.
- Upgrade customers from free trials to paid subscription plans.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting within Salesforce.
- Provide support and represent the company at official events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and French (written and spoken).
- Advanced English proficiency for working in an English-speaking environment.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong motivation for active and consistent client communication.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach.
- Previous experience working with SaaS products.
