TL;DR

Associate Sales Director (AI/Legaltech): Leading and growing an enterprise sales team across Eastern European markets for an AI-powered legal workflow solution with an accent on regional revenue growth, player-coach leadership, and strategic account planning. Focus on scaling the enterprise sales motion, coaching Account Executives, and driving high-value deals with Big Law firms and corporate legal departments.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) — must spend at least 8 days per month at the office

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 11 to 15 Account Executives across Eastern Europe.
  • Carry and achieve both individual and team sales quotas for the regional market.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies, including account planning and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with local business units in Poland, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.
  • Recruit and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Partner with Legal Engineering and Marketing to deliver impactful AI workflow demos and pilots.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to confidently engage C-level decision-makers in legal and professional services.
  • Fluent English proficiency; Polish language skills are preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office (hybrid).
