TL;DR

Sales Specialist (Ecommerce): Expanding the partner community by signing up food retailers and managing the onboarding process with an accent on inside and outside sales. Focus on lead generation, cold calling, and building long-term partnerships to reduce food waste.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw (hybrid: office 3 days per week)

hirify.global is a certified B Corporation that connects businesses with surplus food to consumers via a marketplace app to fight food waste.

What you will do

  • Sign up cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and independent food retailers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling to closing and onboarding.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and ad-hoc visits to seal partnerships.
  • Monitor and optimize new partners' performance during their first month of cooperation.
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and generate interest in the company mission.
  • Identify and develop brand ambassadors within the partner community.

Requirements

  • Experience pitching and closing opportunities via phone or in person, including cold-calling.
  • First-class communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
  • Resilience, high energy, and self-motivation to achieve results.
  • Fluency in Polish (C2) and English (B2).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize prospects based on insights.
