What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients as their main point of contact.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, resolve issues, and proactively identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and propose upsell opportunities.
• Support contract renewals and coordinate with the business development department.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management within the tech sector.
• Proficiency in Polish (B2+ level).
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level).
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to relationship building.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive.
• General knowledge and interest in AI industry trends.
