What you will do
- Coordinate detailed project plans, tracking scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Manage concurrent operations projects and facilitate internal stakeholder communication.
- Gather project requirements and maintain visibility across different departments.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies to develop mitigation plans under senior guidance.
- Define and track KPIs to measure project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Develop standard documentation, including SOPs, how-to guides, and project records.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- 1–3 years of experience in project management or operations coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI) as a default part of the professional workflow.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for updating stakeholders at various levels.
Nice to have
- Project Management training or PMP certification.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.
