Salary: $81,850 - $90,000 Annually

What you will do

• Oversee the planning and delivery of Veteran-facing projects and features using Agile and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage project deliverables within budget and time constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define clear project deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to address project goals and manage risks.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies (experience as a Scrum Master is a plus).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with government projects, specifically within the VA or similar agencies.
• Interest in AI tooling and product management.
