Salary: $81,850 - $90,000 Annually

What you will do
- Oversee the planning and delivery of Veteran-facing projects and features using Agile and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage project deliverables within budget and time constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define clear project deliverables and timelines.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to address project goals and manage risks.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies (experience as a Scrum Master is a plus).
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with government projects, specifically within the VA or similar agencies.
- Interest in AI tooling and product management.
