What you will do
- Own the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process for enterprise opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposal narratives tailored to payer audiences.
- Manage and continuously improve the proposal content library.
- Coordinate information security and technical due diligence processes.
- Serve as a cross-functional project lead for complex enterprise deals.
- Improve the scalability and efficiency of the RFP and enterprise deal process.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise-level proposal management, RFP response, or bid management, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or SaaS environments
- Strong writing, editing, and executive storytelling skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all proposal and due diligence deliverables.
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams.
- Experience managing security questionnaires and enterprise due diligence processes, with familiarity in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or HITRUST.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Healthcare, payer, or health tech industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
