What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of six, driving performance and fostering a supportive culture.
• Own the end-to-end monthly accounting and reporting cycle to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver financial reporting and strategic commentary to senior stakeholders, including the CFO.
• Act as a finance business partner to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Support budgeting, long-range planning, and reforecasting in collaboration with FP&A.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong background in financial management, reporting, and controls.
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-currency, and multinational environments.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
