What you will do

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the EMEA Distribution business.
• Perform detailed sales and margin analysis to optimize regional financial performance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align financial planning with regional goals.
• Act as a regional liaison for the global Growth team during new market launches.
• Develop and implement best practices and automation for financial operations.
• Provide decision support for new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of margin management and sales analysis in an international context (EMEA experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions.
