What you will do

• Partner with C-suite and leadership teams to provide financial insight and challenge strategic and tactical decisions.
• Lead the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, presenting financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and develop 3-5 year strategic forecasts to optimize operational leverage.
• Own the investment appraisal process, including business casing, pre-investment appraisal, and post-investment reviews.
• Maintain cost governance over material projects and incremental spend to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Act as the primary finance representative in business conversations, improving processes to increase value-adding activities.

Requirements

• Finance professional with experience solving business issues of similar scale and complexity.
• Ability to interpret multiple data sources to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively embed financial understanding within operational teams.
• Capability to influence strategy and translate it into programs that improve profitability or mitigate risk.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously.
• No sponsorship available; must have the right to work in the UK.
