What you will do

• Lead management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Partner with production teams to track spend and improve financial performance.
• Provide detailed insights on project profitability and studio KPIs.
• Support board reporting, audit requirements, and overall strategic planning.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Professional experience in management accounts, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and confidence in stakeholder management.
• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Derby studio.
