What you will do

  • Lead forecasting and monitoring for key corporate cost areas including marketing, facilities, and central overhead.
  • Track actual performance against budget and provide clear analysis on drivers of variance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and maintain core financial schedules to ensure data accuracy.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support budget optimization and cost visibility.
  • Assist in broader FP&A initiatives, including reporting automation and process improvements.
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to inform operational and strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for working cross-functionally.
  • Must be based in London.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management processes.
