What you will do

  • Act as the primary finance partner for key business teams to guide strategy and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, including KPIs, revenue/cost drivers, and operational trends.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews to identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned business areas.
  • Develop driver-based models and scalable planning tools for scenario planning.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and build business cases to support strategic investments and new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, or M&A.
  • Proven expertise in complex financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning tools such as Pigment, NetSuite, or Anaplan.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
  • Experience working within a global or international environment.
