What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed sales and margin targets for assigned accounts.
• Drive sales performance across all product categories within designated retail partners.
• Plan and execute promotional activities across online, in-store, and off-page channels.
• Manage accurate forecasting and operate within agreed promotional budgets.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to drive growth for both the company and partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify/onboard new retail partners to generate incremental business.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Polish
• Proven experience in opening and managing accounts in various product categories.
• Strong negotiation skills and exceptional analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to maintain internal and external relationships.
• Capability to manage multiple dynamic priorities with high attention to detail.
