What you will do
- Define product narratives, positioning, and differentiated messaging frameworks for target personas.
- Own the launch framework and go-to-market (GTM) playbook for major product releases.
- Drive product-led growth (PLG) by guiding user education and scalable activation/retention frameworks.
- Develop pricing frameworks and guide packaging decisions aligned with customer value perception.
- Mentor PMM associates and establish efficient cross-functional processes between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Synthesize market trends and competitive intelligence to influence product roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Marketing with progressive leadership experience.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS with specific experience in PLG.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Experience working with AI-powered products and positioning automation.
- Proven track record of leading major product launches and developing GTM strategies.
- Must reside in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, specifically with provider and/or payor organizations.
- Background in both enterprise sales and PLG motions.
