hirify.global is a digital ordering platform transforming post-acute care by replacing outdated paper and fax processes for medical equipment and supplies.

What you will do

  • Define product narratives, positioning, and differentiated messaging frameworks for target personas.
  • Own the launch framework and go-to-market (GTM) playbook for major product releases.
  • Drive product-led growth (PLG) by guiding user education and scalable activation/retention frameworks.
  • Develop pricing frameworks and guide packaging decisions aligned with customer value perception.
  • Mentor PMM associates and establish efficient cross-functional processes between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Synthesize market trends and competitive intelligence to influence product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Marketing with progressive leadership experience.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS with specific experience in PLG.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Experience working with AI-powered products and positioning automation.
  • Proven track record of leading major product launches and developing GTM strategies.
  • Must reside in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, specifically with provider and/or payor organizations.
  • Background in both enterprise sales and PLG motions.
