What you will do
- Serve as the single, accountable leader for the company’s highest-stakes product and program launches.
- Develop and activate a standardized, company-wide launch framework, rituals, and KPIs to reduce friction and missed milestones.
- Integrate buyer, member, and care-team requirements into upstream product and care-model decisions.
- Operate as a hands-on strategist driving cross-functional execution across Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
- Codify insights and best practices from each launch to improve speed, coordination, and quality for future programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain a shared view of operational readiness and resolve trade-offs across functional silos.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience across product management, product marketing, strategy/operations, or commercial roles.
- Significant experience leading GTM for tech-enabled products (B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS).
- Demonstrated success in healthcare, life sciences, or environments with clinical and regulatory complexity.
- Proven ability to define and run launch frameworks, governance, and KPIs at a portfolio or business-unit level.
- Strong strategic leadership skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Must be based in the United States to accommodate operational requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health, virtual care, health plans, or employer-sponsored benefits.
- Background in launch excellence or commercial excellence within healthcare.
- MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree.
