Salary: $128,000 - $170,000 base + bonus

What you will do

• Lead the Continuity Assure and Global Exchange Automation portfolio and manage a Product Owner.
• Develop strategic business cases and product roadmaps to deliver on product vision and GTM planning.
• Collaborate with regional PMs and stakeholders to achieve revenue goals and competitive positioning.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to end-of-life.
• Analyze product performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics.
• Conduct market analysis and lead the product community of practice and user engagement groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management and leadership experience (direct or indirect).
• Prior experience in healthcare, specifically in contract and price management.
• Experience with SaaS applications and business models.
• Experience with blended delivery models (in-source, outsource, partnered).
• Proven track record in process and product optimization.
