Salary: $225,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the broker-facing enrollment journey (Plan Fit → Quote → Enroll).
• Design product guardrails and automated evidence capture to ensure compliance is enforced by the product rather than manual processes.
• Lead and develop two Product Managers in a player/coach capacity, raising the bar for discovery and execution.
• Define and track success metrics such as time-to-enroll, conversion, and error rates to ensure product adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and GTM teams to build coherent systems and reduce operational burden.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing other PMs.
• Deep experience building B2B SaaS products used daily by frontline operators (sales, call centers, or ops).
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Proven ability to operate in regulated environments where auditability and compliance are critical.
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous, messy workflows into crisp roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience in Medicare, insurance, healthcare, or fintech domains.
• Experience building high-throughput frontline workflows for call centers or sales assist tooling.
• Expertise in product-led operational scale and workflow automation.
