Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote or Office)

Salary: $143,000 - $190,000 base

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term ERP integration platform strategy and roadmap across the entire hirify.global product portfolio.
• Partner with major ERP providers such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, and Infor to expand the hirify.global footprint and align joint priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to establish scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architectures and reusable integration patterns.
• Drive improvements in implementation speed and scalability, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Develop strategies to scale ERP integration adoption in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Incorporate emerging trends, including AI agents and intelligent automation, into the enterprise ecosystem roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years of people management.
• Deep demonstrated expertise with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, etc.) and partner workflow integration.
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, data integration, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience defining and executing platform strategies that span multiple products or business lines.
• Strong communication and executive presence for engaging both technical and business leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling ERP integration platforms or API ecosystems.
• Familiarity with EDI, Supply Chain, and Healthcare technologies.
• Experience with cloud ERP platforms and their extensibility frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/automation within enterprise systems, such as agent-based models.
