What you will do

• Execute weekly and monthly sales forecasts in line with EMEA standards and timelines.
• Build forecasts using data-based drivers and maintain a clear forecast bridge to explain changes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct joint business planning with retailers and distributors.
• Prepare core reporting on POS trends and inventory ladders, leveraging AI models for better visibility.
• Manage operational execution by tracking booked vs. forecast and resolving holds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or business analytics within the consumer products industry.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft product suite.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Ability to travel to the UK for onboarding during the first 1-2 months.
