What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for packaging and co-packing aligned with sustainability and business goals.
• Act as the primary owner of co-packers: manage commercial terms, operational performance, and secure capacity in line with S&OP.
• Build and manage a global supplier and co-packer network, driving long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.
• Lead negotiations and contract management to balance cost, quality, service levels, and ethical standards.
• Drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration to deliver NPD, manage risks, and improve ways of working.
• Optimize cost and resilience using spend insights, savings pipelines, supplier diversification, and performance management (SRM).

Requirements

• Relevant procurement experience in FMCG, food, or beverage, with exposure to packaging; co-packing or external manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong supplier management skills and curiosity to learn about co-packers and external production environments.
• Proactive problem-solving with the ability to build structure and take on new opportunities.
• Strong budgeting and cost control skills, including PPV management, and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Detail-oriented approach with comfort managing operational complexity and tight timelines.
• Confident negotiator who can build relationships and work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Product, and Finance.
