What you will do

• Manage monthly financial close, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Conduct account balance reconciliations and generate ad-hoc financial reports.
• Oversee cash management, credit card spend, and AP/AR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and synthesize financial data.
• Assist with tax returns, financial audits, and sales tax filings.
• Develop and document accounting policies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal or public accounting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of GAAP Accounting Standards.
