Location: Based out of South San Francisco HQ with flexibility to WFH 1-2 times a week

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Perform cash posting and reconcile various accounts.
• Handle prepaids, deposits, accruals, and create monthly journal entries.
• Manage inter-company journal entries and settle inter-company accounts.
• Support financial reporting and prepare documentation for auditors.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from South San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Strong data analytics skills.
