What you will do

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for various accounting areas, including commission accruals/deferrals and revenue reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring entries align with GAAP.
• Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• Assist with implementing and optimizing accounting systems and tools to drive efficiency.
• Develop and maintain ad-hoc revenue reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and People teams to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA track strongly preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience; combination of public accounting and private industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly revenue accounting (ASC 606) and contract cost accounting (ASC 340).
• Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and comfort working in systems such as NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
