What you will do

• Own and drive system-level architecture for electrical and embedded designs across multiple product programs.
• Act as the technical authority in power electronics and embedded systems, guiding critical design decisions and trade-offs.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with ME, ID, and Product teams to deliver innovative consumer products from concept to production.
• Oversee schematic capture, PCB design, and firmware integration while implementing engineering best practices.
• Manage DVT, EMC, and regulatory compliance processes (UL, FCC, CE, IEC).
• Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective implementations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering at a senior or principal level.
• Deep expertise in power electronics (AC/DC, motor control, thermal systems) and embedded systems design.
• Strong proficiency in analog and digital design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Proven track record of delivering high-volume consumer products from concept to production.
• Solid understanding of DFM, DFT, and regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in the United States.
