What you will do
- Own and drive system-level architecture for electrical and embedded designs across multiple product programs.
- Act as the technical authority in power electronics and embedded systems, guiding critical design decisions and trade-offs.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with ME, ID, and Product teams to deliver innovative consumer products from concept to production.
- Oversee schematic capture, PCB design, and firmware integration while implementing engineering best practices.
- Manage DVT, EMC, and regulatory compliance processes (UL, FCC, CE, IEC).
- Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective implementations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering at a senior or principal level.
- Deep expertise in power electronics (AC/DC, motor control, thermal systems) and embedded systems design.
- Strong proficiency in analog and digital design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Proven track record of delivering high-volume consumer products from concept to production.
- Solid understanding of DFM, DFT, and regulatory compliance.
- Must be based in the United States.
