What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for large and jumbo employers to achieve individual revenue targets.
- Secure meetings with C-suite executives and benefits leaders using a creative and persistent approach.
- Develop and execute persona-specific sales strategies and compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with channel partners, including national health plans and benefits consultants.
- Manage deal pipelines and follow-ups effectively within Salesforce.
- Travel as needed for conferences, prospect meetings, and partnership engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically selling to benefits leaders in large employers (25K+ employees).
- Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce for deal management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to distill complex healthcare information.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven startup environment.
