Salary: $165,000–$180,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for large and jumbo employers to achieve individual revenue targets.
  • Secure meetings with C-suite executives and benefits leaders using a creative and persistent approach.
  • Develop and execute persona-specific sales strategies and compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, including national health plans and benefits consultants.
  • Manage deal pipelines and follow-ups effectively within Salesforce.
  • Travel as needed for conferences, prospect meetings, and partnership engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically selling to benefits leaders in large employers (25K+ employees).
  • Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce for deal management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to distill complex healthcare information.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven startup environment.
