TL;DR

Senior Major & Strategic Account Executive (Healthcare): Acquiring new logo prospects and cross-selling clinical decision support solutions to hospitals and the Federal Government with an accent on strategic account planning and C-level engagement. Location: Hybrid (8 days/month), Must be based in Greenwood Village, CO, USA

Salary: $98,500 - $172,700 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Acquire new logo prospects and execute cross-selling strategies within the Federal Government and Strategic Central regions.
  • Present sophisticated IT solutions to C-level executives at Hospital and Medical Centers.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists and Customer Success teams to align solutions with client challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and outreach to quoting and contracting.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve assigned sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the healthcare market.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Experience selling complex technologies or IT solutions.
  • BS/BA degree (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to attend in-person interviews at a hirify.global office.
