Location: Must be based in the US (ET/CT time zones preferred)
Salary: $139,133–$204,062 per year

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and drive projects that accelerate sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead global reporting and forecasting, identifying market trends to recommend growth-oriented adjustments.
- Optimize the quote-to-cash process and manage sales technologies to improve customer experience and team productivity.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to provide tools and content that align with the buyer's journey.
- Develop and manage sales quota and incentive plans in collaboration with HR and leadership.
- Act as the business lead for sales acquisition integration efforts and provide subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of sales operations experience.
- Minimum 10 years of management leadership experience in a sales environment.
- Proven history of transforming decentralized sales operations into a cohesive center of excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills with working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
