TL;DR

Clinical Activation Manager (Medtech): Leading the team responsible for the activation and adoption of a digital ordering platform for medical equipment with an accent on clinician engagement and digital workflow adoption. Focus on scaling operational playbooks, mentoring a growth operations team, and synthesizing user feedback to drive product strategy.

Location: Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work in the United States (No visa sponsorship provided)

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 + Commission

hirify.global is a digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies transforming post-acute care by replacing outdated paper and fax processes.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 6-7 Facility Growth Operations Associates, handling onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Develop, test, and implement strategic playbooks for activating facility users across various care settings.
  • Drive platform adoption through direct outbound calls and tailored training sessions for clinical partners.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel to track success, iterate on strategy, and build reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine internal workflows and incorporate the voice of the customer into product strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations.
  • Prior experience in people management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience with SaaS products and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (No visa sponsorship eligible).

Nice to have

  • Experience with GSuite, Excel, and Tableau.
