Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 + Commission

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-7 Facility Growth Operations Associates, handling onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Develop, test, and implement strategic playbooks for activating facility users across various care settings.
- Drive platform adoption through direct outbound calls and tailored training sessions for clinical partners.
- Utilize HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel to track success, iterate on strategy, and build reporting systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine internal workflows and incorporate the voice of the customer into product strategy.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations.
- Prior experience in people management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Professional experience with SaaS products and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (No visa sponsorship eligible).
Nice to have
- Experience with GSuite, Excel, and Tableau.
