What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations, tracking dependencies and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead client communications and build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to operations staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering and Customer Success, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal product teams.
• Perform hands-on configuration and debugging when necessary to resolve bottlenecks.
• Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployment efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental US
• Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to maintain composure and solve problems creatively under pressure.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership without constant direction.
