What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for partners after initial sales phase.
  • Define and execute operational strategies focused on enrollment, engagement, renewals, and integrations throughout partner lifecycle.
  • Operate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, and Partner Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology teams to represent partner needs and support clinical solution integrations.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Partner Success, evaluating partnerships and building business cases.
  • Create processes, documentation, and training for Customer Success teams; support Channel Sales enablement.
  • Deliver business reviews, partner reporting, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in healthcare partnerships, healthcare consulting, or SaaS customer success
  • Must have experience in customer success management, implementation, or consulting
  • Strong project management skills for multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strategic and systemic thinking with methodical execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comprehensive documentation and flexibility
  • Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented with strategic problem-solving
  • Strong presentation skills to articulate product vision
  • Interest in healthcare industry transformation
  • AI fluency at least Level 1 (uses AI daily for productivity)
