Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Set, track, and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagement and enrollment goals through data-driven coaching.
• Directly manage and coach a team of Community Engagement Specialists responsible for field outreach and patient acquisition.
• Design and continuously refine regional outreach strategies to maximize impact and conversion rates.
• Oversee field execution, including staffing, scheduling, training, and safety protocols for door-to-door engagement.
• Analyze outreach activity and enrollment metrics to identify gaps and make real-time adjustments.
• Partner with intake, operations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions from outreach to care delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community-based healthcare or public health roles with operational oversight.
• 2+ years of experience managing and performance-managing teams.
• Bilingual English–Spanish required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in Merced, CA.
• Experience operating in performance-driven environments with clear goals and metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting patient acquisition or enrollment initiatives in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal, managed care, or community-based healthcare delivery models.
