What you will do

• Own the entire implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live.
• Act as the primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal product, engineering, and support teams.
• Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs.
• Guide clinics through the migration of their existing workflows to the new platform.
• Build and manage project plans and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
• Deliver training and troubleshoot issues related to system configuration, data imports, and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and experience building status reports.
• Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%).
