Senior Project Engineer (Medtech)

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop governance structures to track project milestones and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute initiatives in inventory health, SOGL reduction, and business continuity.
• Partner with Value Stream Managers, Manufacturing Sites, Supply Chain, and other functions for value stream transformation and margin improvement.
• Support ideation for portfolio optimization, SKU management, and PLM opportunities across the PVH network.
• Drive cost-down activities including Value Analysis/Value Engineering and supplier optimization.
• Assess risks, develop mitigations, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device industry or operations (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain).
• Project/program management experience, PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and Microsoft tools proficiency.
