Senior Project Engineer (Medtech): Supporting identification and execution of operations projects across Product Lifecycle Management, Margin Improvement, Portfolio Optimization, and Business Continuity with an accent on project governance, milestone tracking, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on building inventory health strategies, value stream transformations, and risk mitigations to optimize the released product portfolio.
Location: Flexible work arrangement (combination of onsite and remote) in Plymouth, Minnesota, United States. U.S. Candidates only; must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment. No sponsorship for roles below Principal level.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop governance structures to track project milestones and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute initiatives in inventory health, SOGL reduction, and business continuity.
- Partner with Value Stream Managers, Manufacturing Sites, Supply Chain, and other functions for value stream transformation and margin improvement.
- Support ideation for portfolio optimization, SKU management, and PLM opportunities across the PVH network.
- Drive cost-down activities including Value Analysis/Value Engineering and supplier optimization.
- Assess risks, develop mitigations, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship).
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device industry or operations (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain).
- Project/program management experience, PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and Microsoft tools proficiency.
