Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 + Commission

What you will do
- Execute the full sales cycle with enterprise health system prospects, from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Health System team to develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and IT leadership at health systems.
- Partner with Product and Implementation teams to ensure seamless EMR integration (e.g., Epic, Cerner) using HL7 and FHIR workflows.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Manage pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM and analytics tools to track key KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years selling IT/SaaS solutions into enterprise health systems or large hospital networks.
- Deep understanding of health system workflows, contracting processes, and EMR integration.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA or MHA preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the US (no employer visa sponsorship available).
