What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and pain points, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to address concerns and identify upselling opportunities.
• Streamline operations by implementing process improvements within the client success function.
• Monitor and report on key client success metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access.
• 7+ years of experience partnering with Epic enterprise providers.
• Proficiency in Epic software.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Generative AI tools such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPT.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• HFMA or CRCR certifications.
• Provider-based background.
• Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience.
