Salary: $115,747 - $208,344

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and pain points, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to address concerns and identify upselling opportunities.
- Streamline operations by implementing process improvements within the client success function.
- Monitor and report on key client success metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access.
- 7+ years of experience partnering with Epic enterprise providers.
- Proficiency in Epic software.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Generative AI tools such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPT.
- Up to 25% travel required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- HFMA or CRCR certifications.
- Provider-based background.
- Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience.
