TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new product sales and increasing the value of existing clients’ subscriptions with an accent on building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth. Focus on conducting high-level product demonstrations and negotiations with key stakeholders to secure and expand business opportunities.
Location: Hybrid role in either our Phoenix, AZ or Irvine, CA office.
Salary: $64,000 ‒ $74,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of current clients, understanding their businesses, needs, and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to drive value and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new upsell opportunities within book of business through dedicated outreach efforts.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders to secure and expand business opportunities, as well as to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer information, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience, alignment of sales efforts with company objectives, and the successful execution of client initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience in a Sales related position.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions; dental or healthcare SaaS preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
