What you will do

  • Define and drive the long-term vision for medication-supported behavior change products.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap delivery, and operational success of prescribing experiences.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic priorities and market differentiation.
  • Build scalable operating models across Product, Clinical, Engineering, and Legal teams.
  • Represent product strategy to key buyers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Establish robust mechanisms for performance tracking and experimentation governance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 8+ years of product leadership experience in complex, multi-stakeholder domains
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in product, business strategy, or healthcare technology (10+ with Master’s, 8+ with PhD)
  • Deep domain expertise in telehealth prescribing, behavior change platforms, or medication-supported care
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience owning domain-level metrics
