Salary: $193,600–$253,000

What you will do
- Define and drive the long-term vision for medication-supported behavior change products.
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap delivery, and operational success of prescribing experiences.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic priorities and market differentiation.
- Build scalable operating models across Product, Clinical, Engineering, and Legal teams.
- Represent product strategy to key buyers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Establish robust mechanisms for performance tracking and experimentation governance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 8+ years of product leadership experience in complex, multi-stakeholder domains
- 12+ years of relevant experience in product, business strategy, or healthcare technology (10+ with Master’s, 8+ with PhD)
- Deep domain expertise in telehealth prescribing, behavior change platforms, or medication-supported care
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience owning domain-level metrics
